Biography

Mr. Federico Lonoce serves as a Partner at Nextalia. He serves as Managing Director at Alvarium Tiedemann. He served as Associate Partner, Merchant Banking at Alti Asset Management Holdings 2. He served as Principal at Lepe Partners. He has over 15 years of experience in Investment Banking and Venture Capital. He worked as Managing Director and Head of Strategic Advisory (Italian office) for AlTi Global, a global multifamily office with approximately $70 billion in Assets under Management/Advisement (AuM/AoA). In this role, he focused on strategic advisory, M&A, and co-investments, particularly in Italian and international start-ups and scale-ups. Previously, he gained experience in Investment Banking in London at Lepe Partners, Deutsche Bank, and UBS, where he specialized in M&A, Leveraged Finance, and Equity Capital Markets transactions. As an angel investor, he has a diverse portfolio of active investments and successful exits across sectors such as Software, Data & Information, Fintech, e-commerce, AI, Market Research, and Media. He holds a degree in Business Economics and a Master of Science in Financial Markets from Bocconi University.
