Biography

Mr. Jonathan Lurie is the Founder and serves as Managing Partner and Chief Investment Officer at Realty Corporation. He serves as Venture Partner at Pi Labs. He served as Executive at Round Hill Ventures. Previously, Mr. Lurie served as Managing Director in Blackstone's Real Estate Group and is based in London. He oversees the asset management of a number of the Blackstone Funds' U.K. and European real estate equity and debt investments across all sectors, including residential, commercial office, retail, and logistics. Recent investments include the acquisition of Multi Corporation, a leading owner and manager of shopping centers in Europe and in Turkey; the creation of Logicor Ltd, a pan-European real estate logistics specialist; and the sale of Blackstone's Berlin residential holdings to Deutsche Wohnen AG. Prior to joining Blackstone, Mr. Lurie worked in a variety of real estate investment and management positions at Goldman Sachs / Whitehall Funds, Tishman Speyer, and Morgan Stanley, in both New York and in London. Mr. Lurie currently serves as a board member of Logicor Ltd and co-chair of its management committee, and on the supervisory board of Multi Corporation. Previous roles include serving on the executive committee of Songbird plc, the parent company of Canary Wharf Group, as well as on the supervisory board of listed residential company GSW AG. He holds an A.B. (highest honors) in economics from Princeton University and an M.B.A. (honors) in Real Estate from the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania
