Biography

Mr. Alex Bondarovschi served as a Board Member at Applus+. He is a Phi Beta Kappa and magna cum laude graduate of Princeton University, with a Degree in Civil Engineering and Operations Research. He joined Carlyle in 2001 and is, currently, a Managing Director advising Carlyle funds on European buyout opportunities. Prior to joining Carlyle, Mr. Wagenberg Bondarovschi was CFO of eDreams, Inc. in Barcelona, and CEO of Hilti, Inc. in Colombia. In addition, prior to that, he spent seven years in the mergers and acquisitions team of Goldman Sachs & Co. in New York and London.
