Biography

Mr. Dylan Foo served as Partner & Head of Infrastructure at Apollo Global Management. Previously, he served as a Partner and Head of Americas Infrastructure Equity at AMP Capital Investors. He is Head of the Americas and oversees sourcing, executing, and managing infrastructure investments in the region. He has worked on a number of debt and equity transactions across North America and Europe. Furthermore, he transferred to New York in 2012 and was involved in leading the first US equity investment, Capistrano Wind Farms. He recently served as the Chairman of Smarte Carte, a US infrastructure services business, prior to driving the sale of the business in 2014. He was previously based in London with the European investment team, where he was focused on originating transport-related assets and driving investments in offshore transmission. During his time in London, he also served as Board Director on Angel Trains and Kenyeri Hydro. Prior to joining AMP Capital in 2006, he worked at Westpac Bank, assessing the financial and commercial viability of e-Business acquisitions, and at Morgan Stanley in London. He has also developed a successful start-up business in the online banking sector. Mr. Foo holds a Bachelor of International Business degree from Q.U.T., Australia, where he completed his internship at the United Nations, New York. He also holds a Masters of Applied Finance degree from Macquarie University, Australia.
