Biography

Mr. Thomas Morgan served as Vice President of Financial Operations at Perforce Software. He is responsible for building a strategic pipeline of opportunities for growth. To that directive, he brings his passion for working with entrepreneurs, learning about new businesses, and creating shared value in a transaction. Prior to Perforce, Tom was the Private Equity Managing Director at the private equity firm Spell Capital Partners, LLC, where he actively screened and ultimately facilitated numerous transactions of well-managed, historically profitable businesses. Tom received his B.S. in Accounting and Finance from Boston College - Carroll School of Management, his MBA from UCLA - Anderson School of Management, and is a CFA® charter holder.
