Biography

Mr. Harry Spell serves as Managing Director at Spell Capital Partners. He joined Spell Capital in July 2014. Previously, he served as Chairman at PW Eagle. Prior to joining Spell, he was an Investment Banking Analyst at Craig-Hallum Capital Group, an investment banking firm in Minneapolis. He was formerly Chief Executive Officer of the Company from January 1992 through December 1996. Previously, he interned with an investment banking firm specializing in sell-side merger and acquisition advisory services. He holds a BA degree in Business Administration - Entrepreneurship from the University of St. Thomas, St. Paul, Minnesota. He is currently attending the William Mitchell College of Law in St. Paul, Minnesota, and will continue working on a part-time basis with Spell Capital. Mr. Harry Spell was Senior Vice President, Finance and Chief Financial Officer of Northern States Power Company from May 1983 until April 1988. Mr. Spell currently serves as a director of Appliance Recycling Centers of America, Inc. and Peerless Industrial Group, as well as several private organizations.
