Biography
Mr. Andrew Dyer served as Director of Industrial Solutions at Baird Capital. He has joined Baird Capital's Industrial Solutions team as Investment Director and will be focused on originating and transacting mid-market industrial deals across our global platform. After qualifying as a Chartered Accountant with Ernst & Young, where he focused on commercial and operational advisory, he spent three years in the industry with Anglo American Plc. Most recently he worked at Clearwater International where he provided M&A advice to both owners who managed the business and private equity. He has a BSc in Economics from The University of Warwick. He served as a Board Member at eCube Solutions. He served as a Board Member at Subsea Technology & Rentals.
