Biography
Jacques Fortin served as Board Member at Pershimco Resources. Born in Rouyn-Noranda, national copper capital, M. Fortin is graduated from the Collège de l'Abitibi-Témiscamingue. He holds a law degree from Ottawa University (LL.M.,L 1970) and has been admitted to the Quebec Bar in 1973. M. Fortin worked as Canadian armed force lawyer until 1974. That same year he went into private practice with his own firm Coutu et Fortin where he worked until his retirement in 2011.
