Biography

Mr. Ryan Hrabak serves as Principal at Craft Ventures. He served as an Associate at Bain Capital Ventures. He joined Bain Capital Ventures in 2014 to focus on early and growth-stage healthcare and technology investments. Prior to joining Bain Capital, he worked at LinkedIn, where he assumed varied roles throughout the company's global sales and operations organizations. Partnering primarily with LinkedIn's enterprise software sales team, he was responsible for developing new business and building strategies to help its clients maximize the value of the LinkedIn platform. He received his BA from Dartmouth College in History and was the recipient of the Young P. Dawkins 1938 Scholarship. While at Dartmouth, he was a member of the Varsity Football team and served as the senior speaker for the Dartmouth Club of Chicago. He also managed content and operations for a successful digital music business and was an active member of his fraternity, Theta Delta Chi. An avid adventurer, he has lived in New York City, San Francisco, Barcelona, New Hampshire, and his hometown of Chicago, and plans to extend his travels further while living in New England. Away from work, he enjoys spending his time appreciating the outdoors, discovering new movies and music, and reading.
