Mr. Morris Bailey is a Co-Founder and serves as Chairman at JEMB Realty. Mr. Bailey, the well-known and respected New York entrepreneur, is the founder of JEMB Realty and Helm Equities headquartered in New York City, and of Canadian affiliate BUSAC Real Estate based in Montreal, Quebec; three prominent real estate development, investment, and management organizations. Through his commanding leadership and dynamic strategic vision, Morris Bailey has compiled an impressive track record of successful business ventures. Over the years, he has made his mark as an entrepreneur working within a number of businesses, building a portfolio of balanced and diversified investments, most notably in the energy, telecommunications, and financing sectors.
