Biography

Mr. David Huang served as a Principal at Pacific Venture Partners. He has over fifteen years of experience in private equity and operations focusing on IC design, IC packaging and testing, optical electronics, IT systems, telecommunications and electronic materials in Taiwan, China, Vietnam, France and the US. Prior to joining PVP, he was a Vice President at TAILINK Venture Partners. Before TAILINK, he was a Vice President of CAPTEC Consulting Company, which is the investment and portfolio management arm of VIA Technology Co., one of Taiwan's leading IC design houses. Prior to that, he served as Executive Vice President of Globaltec Management Consulting Corp., which is the venture arm of REALTEK, a leading LAN IC design house. He received an MBA degree in Technology and Innovation Management from National Chengchi University and a BS degree in Chemical Engineering from National Cheng Kung University.
