Biography

Mr. Peter Hsieh served as Venture Partner at Pacific Venture Partners. Mr. Hsieh has over twenty years of managerial and operational experience in the semiconductor design and services industries. He currently serves as the General Manager, ASIC Group for IPCore Technologies, a PVP portfolio company based in Shanghai. Prior to joining PVP, he served as CTO of Fulhua Microelectronics, which designs highly integrated system on chip (SoC) solutions for digital consumer electronics. Prior to Fulhua, he served as President of SOTA Design Technology and President of 3CX and has held executive positions at Winbond Electronics, Elite Microelectronics and Chips & Technology. He holds PhD and MS degrees in Electrical Engineering from MIT and a BS degree in Electrical Engineering from UC Berkeley.
