Biography

Mr. Pablo Ljaskowsky is the Founder and serves as Principal at 1969 Financial Advisory Services. He served as Chief Financial Officer at Xeltis. He came to Xeltis from KPMG, where he was a partner in its Transaction Services (mergers and acquisitions advisory) group in Zurich. In this role, he was responsible for advising on mergers, acquisitions and divestitures for private equity clients and corporate clients in various industries with a focus in chemicals. Prior to KPMG, Mr. Ljaskowsky spent 11 years at PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC), where he started his career in Audit. Mr. Ljaskowsky holds a bachelor of science in business administration from City University and is a chartered certified accountant with ACCA. He has completed an executive program at IMD, where he also serves as the auditor of the alumni club in Zurich.
