Biography
Mr. Alban Wyniecki serves as a Partner & Member of the Growth Equity Investment Committee at InfraVia Capital Partners. He served as a Board Observer at PaySend. He also served as a Board Member at LumApps, M-Files and Midaxo. He serves as a Board Member at Sightcall & Packhelp. He served as Investment Director at Idinvest Partners. He served as a Principal at Partech Ventures. Before joining Partech, he worked at Dassault Systèmes as the head of the CATIA strategy and alliance team and was promoted to head of Corporate Strategy in 2013. He managed notably the partner portfolio and closed over 10 M&A deals, ranging from $1M to $350M. He has also been in charge of the post-merger integration efforts of some of the acquired companies. He started his career with various Engineering & Research consulting positions at Salomon, EADS & Geonumeric.
