Biography

Mr. Francois Olivier served as Managing Director at Czura Thornton. Before that, François worked for the European investment companies Fimalac and De Benedetti Group, in France and Portugal, as an Investment Director. As such, he was involved and/or led for more than 10 years multiple financial reorganisations and M & A operations in areas as diverse as real estate (Cofipsa Imoveis, Sefimeg), resorts and hotels (Lusotur Vilamoura), financial rating (Fitch), press and media (Valmonde), wine (Real Companhia Velha). In addition to the financial operations, François generally had, in conjunction with the management team, a deep involvement in the operational restructuring and re-deployment of the companies. François graduated from Institut d'Etudes Politiques de Paris ("Sciences Po") with a specialization in Economy and Finance.
