Biography

Mr. Kenneth Harrell is a Co-founder and serves as Senior Managing Director at Pharus Advisors. He served as Board Member at Ascension Ventures. He served as Managing Director at Pharus Capital Management. He was the Advisor at Firsthand. He has extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions, restructurings, refinancings, and principal investments. He leads Pharus's practice areas in education technology, digital media, and broadcast technology, and also has relevant experience across multiple sectors, BPO, enterprise software, industrial technology, consumer products, energy, and aerospace/defense. Prior to founding Pharus, he assisted in starting Conway, Del Genio, Gries& Co. a restructuring and M&A advisory firm. Previously, he was a Managing Director and founding member of The Chart Group, an international merchant banking advisory and private equity firm. He began his career in Ernst & Young's M&A and restructuring advisory practice and helped build Ernst & Young's practice in Eastern Europe.
