Biography

Ms. Yvonne McGill serves as Chief Financial Officer & Executive Vice President at Dell Technologies. She oversees all aspects of the company's finance function, including accounting, financial planning and analysis, tax, treasury, and investor relations, as well as corporate development, global business operations, and Dell financial services. She also partners closely with the office of the CEO to develop and execute a long-term strategy that creates value for Dell Technologies' stakeholders. She joined Dell Technologies in 1997 and held various leadership positions before assuming the Chief Financial Officer role, including Dell Technologies corporate controller and Chief Financial Officer of the Infrastructure Solutions Group, Chief Financial Officer of Asia-Pacific, Japan, and China business, and Chief Accounting Officer. Before Dell, she spent three years at ManTech International as an Assistant Controller and five years at Price Waterhouse providing audit and accounting services to a variety of technology companies. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting from Virginia Tech. She serves on the Applied Materials Board of Directors and is a member of its audit and corporate governance and nominating committees.
