Biography

Mr. Keith Mosley is the Founder and serves as Managing Director at Broadstone Partners. He serves as Board Member at Comweb Group. He started with PwC in 1983 and after four years of training in accounting and taxation moved to London, England and began his career in Corporate Finance. Over the next 25 years she built M&A teams focused on Software, IT Services, Food & Beverage and most recently Retail, Renewable Energy, Insurance and Professional Services. While she has worked on nearly 100 completed transactions across a variety of industry sectors, the majority of his experience and real passion is with knowledge based companies. As well there was a common theme in all - assisting middle market companies, usually entrepreneurially owned, complete transactions with large cross border companies both public and private, financial institutions or Private Equity funds. Keith understands knowledge based companies and how best to position and represent them in complex transactions. Often these transactions reflect the culmination of a career's work or the creative and technological expertise of a team of highly skilled engineers or scientists.
