Biography

Mr. Mark O'Sullivan serves as Managing Director at Blue Owl Capital. He is a member of the GP Strategic Capital Investment Team. In his role, he focuses on underwriting equity and financing transactions and managing GP Strategic Capital Investment Team's ongoing relationships with its partner managers. Before joining Blue Owl, he was a Managing Director at Dyal Capital Partners within Neuberger Berman. Prior to that, he was a Senior Vice President in the Corporate Development group at Lehman Brothers. Prior to that, he was a Senior Engagement Manager at Oliver Wyman, a management consulting firm focused on the financial services industry. He began his career as an Investment Banking Analyst in the Financial Institutions Group at Merrill Lynch. He currently serves on the Board of Directors of the Pastoralist Child Foundation, a nonprofit committed to the advocacy against, and the intervention and prevention of female genital mutilation (FGM) and child marriage by providing support services, education, scholarships and enrichment programs. He received his MS in Financial Management from Nyenrode University and holds a BS in Industrial Engineering from Technical College Delft.
