Biography

Mr. Dustin Wells served as Venture Partner at NextGen Venture Partners. He was the Founder and served as President, Chief Executive Officer & Chairman at Headspring. He co-founded and served as Chairman at Workify. He also serves as Chief Executive Officer, President and Chairman at Headspring. He tarted what would become Headspring in 1999 with the purpose of delivering great software to transform organizations. As Chairman & CEO, he guides Headspring's long-term vision, with a passion for building an exceptional team of talent and strong culture. Since the company's inception, he has more than 15 years of extensive experience in technology consulting and enterprise architecture, programming, business management and finance. He is actively involved in the community as a board member of and volunteer for several professional organizations and non-profit organizations, including TeXchange, the Austin chapter of The Entrepreneurs' Organization, and Capital Factory. He has received numerous awards for his business success and community leadership, including the KPMG Executive Leadership Award from the Austin Chamber of Commerce and the ACG Central Texas Rockstar Entrepreneur of the Year award. He is a graduate of the University of Texas at Austin.
