Biography

Ms. Tina Lock served as Regional Manager, Community Living at IRIS (New Zealand). She brings diverse knowledge and experience to her role, complementing health sector capabilities with a deep understanding of business. Her broad range of expertise is the result of 20 years' practical experience as a registered nurse - including working within the disability sector, 15 years' experience as a general manager in the private sector, and five years' experience in operations management in the public health sector and for non-government organizations. Tina has wide experience in setting up and managing new businesses, including involvement in recruitment and operations processes, and has a strong focus on providing the best outcomes for clients.
