Biography

Mr. Hugues Marchand serves as Partner at Sunridge Partners. Mr. Hugues Marchand served as Chief Financial Officer at Sundrop Farms. He also serves as a Board Member at JDM Food. He began his career at Axioma where he was employed as a Senior Consultant. Most recently, he worked at GDF Suez for 14+ years. At GDF SUEZ, Hugues was responsible for financial structuring and project finance funding of multi-billion dollar energy projects, held a role as a divisional CFO in Turkey, and oversaw acquisitions, investments, and financial advisory in various energy markets globally. Hugues holds a BS in Applied Maths from the Universite Catholique de Louvain, an MSc in Financial Economics from the University of London, a PhD in Operations Research from the Centre for Operations Research and Econometrics (UCL)/ Columbia University, and attended INSEAD's General Management Program.
