Biography

Dr. Maciej Piotr Kowalski served as Senior Partner and Fund Manager at MCI Capital. He served as a Supervisory Board Member at ATM Group (Poland). He specializes in Digital infrastructure. He served as the Chairman of the Supervisory Board at Pigu Group and Morele.net. He served as a Partner at Private Equity Managers. He has nearly 10 years of experience in investment banking and consulting companies. He also served as Vice-President of the Management Board, M&A, and Development He led transactions of sales, purchases, and mergers in Poland and Central and Eastern Europe, Germany, and the former CIS countries. In 2008-2010 and 2011-2014 worked with CAG, a company leading in transaction advisory, where he led transactions in the private and public sectors of telecommunications, the Internet, e-commerce, distribution, retail, infrastructure, industrial, food, renewable energy, including the sale of a majority of Polish Energy Partners (a leading developer and operator of wind farms) Polenergia company. In 2010-2011, as M&A Manager at Orange Poland, responsible for coordinating M&A projects, including a member of the team responsible for the sale of Emitel (the leading operator of the radio-television-telecommunications infrastructure in Poland). He began his career in the Corporate Finance team of the international advisory company Deloitte. He graduated from the School of Economics majoring in Finance and Banking and doctoral studies at the College of Management and Finance at the School of Economics.
