Biography

Ms. Lee Lesley served as Head of Marketing and Communications at IPI Partners. She Founded Timpson Cove Partners. She also serves as a Board Member at UNC Management Company. She serves as Head of Investor Relations at IPI Partners. She has more than 15 years of experience in the private equity industry, having spent time on both the investment and investor relations sides of the business. She formed Timpson Cove to work with private equity managers to help them achieve their fundraising goals, providing the experience and flexibility of outsourced, senior-level resources. She most recently headed investor relations and marketing at JMI Equity, a growth equity firm headquartered in Baltimore, Maryland, and San Diego, California. In this role, she led the fundraising of the firm's $1 billion funds in 2014 and assisted with the fundraising of its $875 million funds in 2011. She earned an MBA from the Kenan-Flagler Business School at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and a BA in English and Psychology from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
