Biography

Mr. Scott Klosterman serves as Chief of Staff at HNI Healthcare. He was the Vice President and General Manager, Dosteon solutions and cares at Hanger. Previously, he served as an Owner at Scott Klosterman Business Advisory Services. Scott joined HNI in 2016, and is responsible for driving the company's culture, mission and vision, leading the company's strategic initiatives, and managing all financial, planning and analysis and human resources activities. He also acts as liaison between Finance and Operations, supporting the Operations Team to gain greater ownership of key performance measures. A CPA and 25-year healthcare veteran, Scott held prior roles at Stryker Corporation, DJO Global, and Hanger, Inc. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Delaware and an MBA from the Hankamer School of Business at Baylor University.
