Biography

Ms. Christine Zebrowski served as Member at Outside GC. Christine's employment law practice centers on the wide range of state and federal laws affecting the workplace. In addition to advising clients on day-to-day employment-related legal issues, Christine drafts employment agreements, employee handbooks and other workplace policies and practices, and is highly experienced in alternative dispute resolution, litigation management and in evaluating and minimizing risk of employee claims. Christine also represents individual executives in the drafting, review and negotiation of employment agreements, restrictive covenants and separation agreements. Before joining Outside GC, Christine was the Founding Principal of Overbrook Law, LLC, a boutique firm based in Washington, DC. Before founding Overbrook, Christine served as Vice President and Associate General Counsel at the National Geographic Society. While in-house at National Geographic, she served as lead employment counsel nationwide and internationally, and created, implemented and managed a company-wide alternative dispute resolution program for employment law disputes. Prior to National Geographic, Christine was an Associate Attorney in the Labor, Employment and ERISA Litigation group at LeBoeuf, Lamb, Greene & MacRae (Dewey & LeBoeuf).
