Biography

Mr. Darren Snellgrove serves as Group Chief Financial Officer & Vice President Finance at Janssen Global Services. Prior to joining Johnson & Johnson Innovation, he was the Chief Financial Officer at Janssen AI. He joined the Johnson & Johnson Family of Companies through the acquisition of Centocor in 1999, where he spent six years in positions of increasing responsibility and in support of a variety of functions including Commercial, R&D, and Business Development. In 2002, he moved to Johnson & Johnson Corporate, where he spent three years in the Mergers and Acquisitions Finance group providing financial leadership on more than 100 potential acquisitions, major licensing deals, equity investments, options, structures, and divestitures across all sectors. He also held senior leadership roles in companies at Scios, ALZA, and Cordis.
