Biography

Mr. Neal Pomroy serves as Chief Executive Officer & Chairman of the Board at Diversified Maintenance Systems. He serves as a Board Member at iUNU. He is the Founder of Riotus SODO. He serves as Senior Strategy Advisor and Principal Investor at Solstice. He served as Managing Director at The Gores Group. He is responsible for identifying and leading Gores's acquisitions, investments, and divestments in Business Services, Healthcare, and the corporate divestiture sectors. In addition, he provides strategy and operations support to Gores's portfolio companies. Prior to joining Gores, he was a Managing Director and Senior Partner at aPriori Capital LP; and a Managing Director, Global Operating Partner, and Investment Committee member at DLJ Merchant Banking Partners III and IV. Prior to joining DLJ, he worked for Oliver Wyman / Mercer Management Consulting as the North American leader of the Private Equity business and Financial Services. He is a graduate of the University of Virginia McIntire School of Commerce and earned his Master of Business Administration from the Harvard Graduate School of Business.
