Biography

Mr. Thomas D. Wright served as a Director at Abbot Downing. He is the Founding Principal of Lowry Hill Investment Advisors. Previously, he served as a Principal at Lowry Hill. Tom is responsible for overall client relationships and provides advice on wealth transfer and fiduciary administration strategy. He was previously a financial principal and founding principal with Lowry Hill. He was also involved in business development for the Chicago Lowry Hill market. Before co-founding Lowry Hill in 1986, Tom was vice president in the Trust Department of Norwest Bank Minnesota. Tom earned his master's degree in business administration and his bachelor's degree from the University of Minnesota's Carlson School of Management. He is a CFP® professional and a SAFE-registered mortgage loan originator (NMLSR ID 877188). He has been active in the Minnetonka Youth Hockey Association and has coached a traveling team for the past 24 years. He is trustee for the Hockey Humanitarian Award Foundation and has been active in a number of charitable organizations in the Minneapolis area.
