Biography

Mr. Neil Callahan is a Co-Founder and serves as Managing Director at Pilot Growth Equity. He served as a Board Member at Perthera. He served as Board Member at r4 Technologies. He served as Board Observer & Advisor at Velocidi. He is a seasoned strategist, operator and successful bootstrapped software entrepreneur. He has advised many of the world's leading technology companies on strategy, product management, sales & marketing, infrastructure, and operations. He has invested in CB Insights, Counsyl, Metabiota and C-Legal (acquired by Ernst & Young). Prior to Pilot Growth, he was the Co-founder and CEO of Sitaro LTD., a leading CRM software company with customers including Adobe, AT&T, Cisco, CA, eBay, eHarmony, IBM, Philips and SAP, which was acquired by CoActive Marketing Group (CMKG). At CoActive, He was a member of the executive team as the President of the Digital Business Unit and as the EVP of Business Development where he led M&A and strategic partnership initiatives and completed several acquisitions. While at CoActive, he expanded the client portfolio into the automotive, technology, financial services and sports & apparel verticals. Prior to co-founding Sitaro, he was a Vice President of Marketing Technology & Strategy for Young & Rubicam / Wunderman where he created integrated digital and media investment strategies for AT&T, Citibank, IBM and Sony. He began his career with Andersen Consulting as a software developer and an engagement manager, where he created technology solutions for the Fortune 50. While at Andersen, he developed global trade management and reconciliation platform for an international bank, created the financial and customer management systems for a large global wireless carrier, led the product management of a local telephony product for a large global telecommunication company and reengineered the supply chain for a large North American retailer. He served as Board Member at CB Insights.
