Biography

Mr. Erdong Hua serves as Partner & Investment and Management Team Member at 6 Dimensions Capital. He served as Partner and Principal at Frontline BioVentures. Mr. Hua joined Frontline BioVentures in 2012 with over 10 years of dedicated experience in medical/healthcare, venture capital investment, advisory and financial industries. Prior to Frontline BioVentures, Mr. Hua was a co-founder and Chief Operating Officer of BilanxCode Functional Medicine, a Shanghai-based pioneer in delivery of premium preventive healthcare service. He represented all shareholders and led cross-functional activities for a typical start-up including strategic planning, recruiting/training, funding raising, licensing and compliance, brand building, customer development etc. Before BilanxCode, Mr. Hua acted as Board Observer and headed Business Development at DeltaHealth (China), a cardiovascular specialty hospital chain backed by Fidelity and Stanford. At DeltaHealth he was responsible for series B fundraising, Shanghai hospital construction project and Downtown Outpatient Center development. Mr. Hua joined Fidelity Asia Ventures, Shanghai Representative Office in 2007 as an investment professional, and served both TMT and Healthcare workgroups in deal sourcing/screening, due diligence, structuring, documentation and post-closing portfolio management. Mr. Hua started his career as an auditor in KPMG and three years later joined E.J.McKey - a boutique investment bank specialized in cross-border M&A transactions. Mr. Hua graduated cum laude from Tongji University, with a Bachelor Degree in Business Administration.
