Biography

Mr. Jody Harbour served as Vice President, Product Management at Medical Mastermind. Jody has over 25 years of experience solving critical business problems through effective use of technology. He spent over 15 years with EDS, solving these complex problems for Fortune 500 companies by creating process-centric solutions in the manufacturing, insurance and financial services industries. While at EDS he was presented the Legendary Customer Service award, selected for the MIT Management exchange and introduced the first mobile database application to the insurance industry in 1992. He then spent the next 5 years as the Manager of Nuclear Application Development for Entergy Corporation, creating applications within the Nuclear Power industry that reduced costs and improved safety, earning a Peak Performer award for his efficiency processes and their resulting multi-million dollar cost savings. In 2007, Jody was asked to join the IHCS team as COO and member of the Board of Directors. Primary responsibilities included the design and creation of a new Electronic Health Records and Practice Management system using the award-winning, process-centric approach that had worked successfully in the other industries. He now serves as Vice-President of Product Management for Medical Mastermind, overseeing the complete life cycle of our products. Jody holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics from William Carey College.
