Biography

Mr. Bo Liu serves as Partner at ADV Partners. He is based in Shanghai and his main responsibilities include deal sourcing, deal execution and portfolio management for investments in China. He has over 15 years of investment experience. Prior to joining ADV, Bo served as Chief Investment Officer of Wanda Investment, focusing on Wanda Group's M&A and investment activities. Prior to Wanda, Bo served as Senior Managing Director at CVC Capital Partners Asia as well as in senior roles at CITIC Capital and Ewing Management Group. Bo also worked as a management consultant at Bain and A.T. Kearney in China, Australia and the United States. Prior to joining CVC, he was with CITIC Capital Partners in the private equity team. Prior to this, he worked for Ewing Management Group as Head of China and led its investment activities. He also worked at Bain & Co. and AT Kearney in China, the US and Australia. Bo holds an MBA from the University of Michigan and a BSc Degree in Finance and Economics from Robert Morris College.
