Biography

Mr. K.C. Moylan served as Operating Partner at Altamont Capital Partners. K.C. has extensive operational and senior leadership experience with multiple restaurant companies, including concepts in the Polished Casual and Fast Casual segments. Prior to joining ACP, K.C. was President and COO of Pei Wei Asian Diner (a subsidiary corporation of PF Chang's). During KC's 13 year tenure, the Pei Wei organization grew from 2 locations to 220 locations with $400 million in sales and over 7,000 employees. Prior to his success at Pei Wei Asian Diner, K.C was CEO and President of Champps Americana, where he led growth from five regional stores and $20 million of sales to 36 stores nationally and almost $200 million in sales. In addition to the above, K.C. has vast senior leadership experience in the Hospitality Industry and extensive functional expertise in the fields of Operations, Marketing, Human Resources, Finance, and Real Estate Development. Currently, K.C. sits on the board of directors of Tacala Brands, Cotton Patch, and Excel Fitness. K.C. holds a B.S. in Business from Northeastern University, and Certification of Executive Education from the Harvard Business School.
