Biography

Mr. Howard Feldman served as President at Diamond Wealth Strategies. He has over 22 years experience in building successful, client-focused financial services businesses. He has raised over $100 billion of capital for companies and financial sponsors in the bank, institutional, high yield, second lien, mezzanine, preferred, and private placement markets. He structured, originated, invested in, and executed capital markets transactions for companies in the media and communications, consumer products, retail, gaming, financial institutions, healthcare, homebuilding, manufacturing and business services industries. In 2008, he founded Feldman Advisors, LLC to advise middle market companies on raising capital as well as on strategic issues, and to advise high net worth clients on portfolio management issues, focusing on investments in the debt capital markets. From 1998-2008, he served as a Managing Director in Wachovia Securities Leveraged Finance Group where he led teams of professionals in structuring, originating, investing in, and executing lead Bookrunner roles in capital markets financings. At Wachovia (and its predecessor company, First Union), he led over 100 acquisition and other leveraged financings for corporate and financial sponsor clients. He was part of a small management team that built the Leveraged Finance business from a near start-up to an approximately $500 million revenue business.
