Biography
Mr. Charles Schwarck served as Managing Director, Portfolio Monitoring at CVC Capital Partners. He joined in 1991, having previously worked for eight years at Citibank AG, Frankfurt as Operations Head and Credit Officer in the Structured Finance division and as Group Controller in the Commercial Banking group. Prior to joining Citibank, Charles was a Foreign Service Officer with the US State Department, serving in Germany, Chile and Cyprus. Charles graduated from Pennsylvania State University and holds a Masters Degree in International Management from the American Graduate School of International Management, Glendale, US.
