Biography

Mr. Cédric Duchamp is a Co-Founder and serves as Managing Partner at Calcium Capital Partners. He is a Co-Founder and serves as Associé at Calcium Capital Partners. He was previously Director of Mergers and Acquisitions in the Casino Group, which he joined after seven years of acting as a business banker at Goldman Sachs, France, and the United States. Within the consulting team in mergers and acquisitions, he participated in many operations, large and small, and is dedicated to supporting businesses that face major strategic decisions. He also advised numerous investment funds in their operations. While working in the United States, he was exclusively focused on the distribution business sector and consumer products. Previously, he had had a first operational career as a project manager in the technology sector, Initially in the US at Square D Co., a subsidiary of Schneider Group, and then in Europe at Microsoft. At Microsoft, he helped develop many products in the range, such as Windows, Outlook, Internet Explorer, or products servers or mobile devices. He graduated from the Catholic Institute of Arts and Crafts and Lille an MBA from the Wharton School of Business. He also served as Board Member at DiliTrust.
