Biography

Mr. Renaud Tartanson is a Co-Founder and serves as Managing Partner at Calcium Capital Partners. He was a Managing Director in the investment bank Goldman Sachs, where he worked in London and Paris for 11 years. He intervened in numerous mergers and acquisitions, financing, and restructuring. GP, had the opportunity to advise on strategic operations of companies of various sizes in many areas. In 2001-2002, he was seconded within iFormation Group, a subsidiary of the Boston Consulting Group, General Atlantic Partners, and Goldman Sachs, formed to invest in new business models in partnership with large groups. From 2005 to 2009, he also led the development of the activity of the bank in the real estate sector and related sectors (hotels, restaurants, clinics, retreat houses, distribution) in France and Southern Europe. He started his career as a mergers and acquisitions analyst at Credit Commercial de France (now HSBC) in Paris. He graduated from the Ecole Polytechnique, ENSAE and the Institut d'Etudes Politiques in Paris (" Sciences Po ").
