Biography

Mr. Timothy Krochuk serves as Chief Executive Officer & Board Member at Trellis Software. He is an Owner and serves as a Member of the Management Board and Co-Head of the Alternative Investments - Asset Management Division at Shepherd Kaplan Krochuk. He also serves as Co-Head of Alternative Investments at Shepherd Kaplan. He was previously the youngest diversified portfolio manager in the history of Fidelity Investments. During his tenure, he used advanced quantitative techniques to study a variety of industries. He was responsible for the development, programming, and implementation of investment models used in managing over $20 billion in public mutual funds-some of the first to use artificial intelligence in the investment process. He is an experienced programmer and systems administrator, having started his first technology company at the age of 13. Mr. Krochuk holds the Chartered Financial Analyst designation and serves on the board of, or in an advisory capacity to, a number of private and public companies in the United States and Canada, including Windgap Medical Inc. and Etiometry Inc. He is a member of the Young Presidents' Organization (YPO). He holds an AB in Economics from Harvard College.
