Biography

Mr. Adrian Boly serves as President at Fairway America. Mr. Boly served as Vice President, Acquisitions & Development at Guardian Real Estate Services. He joined Guardian Real Estate Services in 2011 and possesses more than ten years of real estate investment experience. He is responsible for originating acquisition and development opportunities for placement within Guardian's real estate portfolio, which includes asset identification, feasibility analysis, project management and investor capital fundraising. He serves on the company's Executive Management Team and is also directly involved in creating and implementing corporate operational strategies within the context of the firm's broader real estate objectives. Earlier in his career, he worked with local real estate companies in the acquisition and asset management of their commercial and multifamily portfolios, which included office, retail, industrial, apartment and luxury condominium developments located throughout the Western US. His depth of experience encompasses multiple layers of the investment process, in particular land use approvals and entitlements, due diligence, financial modeling of complex deal structures and value-add asset management strategies. He received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from the University of California, Berkeley. He holds the Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst designation.
