Amaury Dauge General Information
Biography
Mr. Amaury Dauge served as Chief Financial Officer at Aircall. He served as Chief Financial Officer and President at Axioma. He served as Chief Operating Officer and Senior Managing Director at Axioma. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Financial Officer at NYSE Euronext Corporate Pension. He is responsible for strategic finance, investment, and financial transformation. He was previously Chief Financial Officer of Euronext (EPA: ENX), the pan-European stock exchange, and brings extensive international M&A and investment experience to Axioma. As Chief Financial Officer of Euronext, Dauge led the financial and legal carve-out of Euronext from NYSE Euronext, following its acquisition by ICE (Intercontinental Exchange), leading to a successful IPO of Euronext. After joining Euronext in 2001, Dauge subsequently held several leadership positions, including: Senior Vice President for Corporate Planning & Analysis at NYSE Euronext; Head of M&A and Chief of Staff to the Chief Executive Officer; and Chief Operating Officer, European Equities Market and Market Data. He began his career at BNP Paribas before joining PwC and Atos Consulting. He holds an MBA from INSEAD and is a graduate of CFAF (Centre de Formation a l'Analyse Financiere) and INSEEC Business School.
