Biography

Mr. Olivier Ferrari is the Founder and serves as the Chief Executive Officer at Coninco. He has been a financial specialist, a philanthropist, art aficionados, author and lecturer for more than thirty years. An established player in the Swiss economic community, he intervenes publicly on various topical subjects. His varied experiences in asset, institutional, private, philanthropic and sustainable development management, and also in real estate and trusteeship, have given him a high level of knowledge and tested expertise in both these different business sectors and their fundamentals. In 1990, he founds CONINCO Explorers in finance SA, of which he is currently the CEO, a company specialised in consulting services for institutional investors, asset valuation and responsible finance. In 1997, 2010 and 2011, he sets up miscellaneous investment funds and opportunities which all work towards a sustainable development approach. In 2007, he jointly founds One Nature Foundation, where he is the Chairman of the Board, which provides an axis for a relationship between the economy and the environment, based on forests, water and air. He has written numerous documents and publications (articles, books, editorials etc.) on subjects ranging from economy to finance, from professional contingencies to sustainable development, through art, culture, travelling and the art of living. After teaching for several years, in particular at the ASIP (Swiss Association of Contingency Institutions) and the IFGP (Asset Manager Training Institute), today Olivier Ferrari gives lectures in both Switzerland and abroad, and plays an important role in various academic and professional institutes and associations.
