Biography

Mr. Troy Rillo serves as Partner & Investment Committee Chair at Yorkville Advisors. He has been with the firm since 2004. He chairs the firm's Investment Committee and his responsibilities include oversight of the deal structuring, management of the deal pipeline, due diligence, and execution of structured debt and equity investments. He is a recognized authority in corporate and securities matters and is a frequent speaker on related topics. Prior to joining Yorkville, he was a corporate and securities partner at the law firm of K&L Gates LLP ("K&L"), a leading international law firm. He also worked in corporate finance at Motorola, Inc., where his responsibilities included evaluating new products, strategic plans, capital budgets, and acquisitions. He received his JD and BS in Finance from the University of Florida. He was a member of the Florida Law Review and is admitted to practice law in New Jersey and Florida.
