Biography

Mr. Keith Regan served as Director, Asia at Verco Advisory Services. Keith's deep knowledge of global carbon markets comes from working with advisory clients including DECC (carbon market policy), DFID (energy efficiency trading scheme in India) and the Carbon Trust (innovations strategy for activities in China). He has also worked on projects defining global strategic approaches to energy reduction, water efficiency and carbon reduction in the supply chain. Keith has been invited to speak at several international conferences including Point Carbon, Carbon Forum Europe and the IEA. He trained as an economist at Cambridge University before starting his career at Arthur Andersen and Deloitte Consulting.
