Biography

Mr. Manish Sarin serves as Chief Financial Officer at Sprinklr. Mr. Sarin served as Chief Financial Officer at Exabeam. He serves as Venture Advisor at YL Ventures. Mr. Sarin served as Executive Vice President, Corporate Planning and Development at Proofpoint. He is responsible for Proofpoint's M and A strategy, execution and integration activities. In addition, he also leads the Financial Planning and Analysis (FP and A) team responsible for planning all aspects of Proofpoint's business and finances. He brings more than 20 years of experience in defining inorganic growth strategy, identifying and evaluating acquisition targets, structuring and negotiating transactions and helping integrate the acquired companies. During his tenure at Proofpoint to date, he has been responsible for over a dozen successful acquisitions. Prior to joining Proofpoint, Mr. Sarin served as the lead strategy and corporate development executive for Hewlett Packard's (HP) Software and Security division. In that role, Mr. Sarin worked extensively with HP's executive leadership team in defining and executing on strategic transactions. Previously, Mr. Sarin was a senior investment banker at Merrill Lynch and JP Morgan. He has an M.B.A from Columbia and an undergraduate degree in Computer Science from IIT, India.
