Biography

Dr. Zheying Lin is the Founder & serves as Chairman at Ancient Jade Capital Management. Mr. Lin has over 20 years' professional experience and owns a wide personal network in the investment community. Dr. Lin received a DBA degree from ESC Rennes School, and a master degree from the EMBA program of Guanghua School of Management, Peking University. Prior to Jade Capital, Dr. Lin served at the PRC Ministry of Commerce ("MOFCOM"), taking a leadership role in foreign investment administration and building platform of capitals. Dr. Lin's credentials include approvals of Wal-Mart and Carrefour's inward investment and Shuanghui's outward investment; design and development of China's first Renminbi ("RMB") parent fund, namely Guochuang Parent Fund, and China's first fund of State-level Industry Parks, namely New Development Fund. Dr. Lin was also a fellow of the Cultivation Committee of Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises ("SMEs"), Shenzhen Stock Exchange. Dr. Lin also serves as a guest expert of China Development Bank, and a member of the advisory committee of Mandarin Capital Partners, thanks for his outstanding achievement and professional background. Dr. Lin is also a guest lecturer of the School of Economics and Management, Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications.
