Biography
Ms. Laurence Monnery served as a Partner, Life Sciences and Global Head Diversity at Egon Zehnder. She ed Egon Zehnder's life-sciences practice in Europe for ten years. Today she works increasingly across sectors and beyond search, with a focus on assessment and development at an individual and team level. She is a qualified coach who enjoys helping executives think through what they want to do and unlock their potential to get there. Laurence is also passionate about Diversity and has co-led the Firm's Diversity and Inclusion Council for the past 4 years. Prior to joining Egon Zehnder, Laurence worked for more than a decade in pharmaceuticals, serving in a variety of commercial and P&L roles with Eli Lilly and Ciba-Geigy.
