Mr. W. David Lyons served as Chairman, Owner & Chief Executive Officer at Orca Exploration Group. David has been associated with international oil and gas exploration and development projects for over 25 years. He is currently Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Orca Exploration Group Inc. and was previously the Chairman of EastCoast Energy Corporation. Prior to that Mr. Lyons was President and CEO of PanOcean Energy Corporation and predecessor companies including Ocelot Energy Inc. and PanAfrican Energy Corporation.
