Tom Richards General Information
Biography
Mr. Tom Richards serves as Managing Director and Advisory Partner at Triton Value Partners. He also served as Managing Director at Epione Partners. He has 35 years of experience in banking, public accounting, franchising and the temporary service business. Mr. Richards currently serves as the Chief Financial Officer of both the Meat House, a franchised food service operation and AC Branch Holdings, LLC dba AmeriClaim. Mr. Richards was the Chief Financial Officer and a member of the Board of Directors of First City Bank, N.A. and four other affiliated banks in Oklahoma. Mr. Richards was formerly with KPMG and served clients in the banking, publishing, manufacturing, retail and other industries. Mr. Richards received a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Central Oklahoma in Accounting and is a member of the Oklahoma Society of CPA's and the American Institute of CPA's.
