Jeff Cooperman General Information
Biography
Mr. Jeff Cooperman serves as Vice President & Head, Corporate Development at Rapyd Ventures. He served as Principal at Runa Capital. Prior to that, he served in Corporate Development at Seagate Technology. Also a member of the Seagate corporate venture team, he helped manage the company's strategic investment portfolio, investing in innovative storage startups and serving as a board observer for several portfolio companies. Prior to joining Seagate, he worked as an investment banker at Piper Jaffray and Deutsche Bank in New York, advising technology hardware and industrial technology companies on mergers & acquisitions, equity financings and LBO transactions. He holds an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University and a BA degree in English Literature from Dartmouth College.
